about
np.a is a not-for-profit connecting artists and businesses through creative partnerships, exhibitions, and mentoring programmes.
Founded in 2017 on the belief that art belongs in everyday life, np.a has supported over 200 artists and partnered with leading organisations to transform workplaces into spaces of creativity and care. We champion artists at pivotal points in their careers, creating pathways that are professional, paid, and purposeful.

EMPOWERING EMERGING TALENT
Unlike traditional art rental or consultancy models, np.a offers a complete cycle of impact, including, new artwork each year, genuine employee engagement, and direct investment into emerging talent.
Our partnerships include a rolling workplace exhibition, a tailored programme of creative events, and the option to host a Branded Art Prize. This model delivers cultural value, wellbeing benefits, and measurable ESG impact.
Every partnership directly funds our Professional Development Programme, giving artists paid opportunities, mentoring, skills development and visibility.
